Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5˚C.
To form a delicious rind, store unwrapped for a day or two in the refrigerator. It will also become firmer overall.
Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 10 days.
Suitable for freezing. Allow to defrost in the fridge.
